Minor Changes & Drawing

Good day all,

This morning when I came into the center, I saw the new leaflet brochure which has my game design cover inside of it as a representation of the Digital Graphics unit. I was very pleased and proud of myself as this means I am working at or above satisfactory level.

Today we began with Ashley P's Thursday Quiz. The quiz was about how humans act within their families and the types of houses, which are the "do-er house", "the dreamer house", and "be-er house". Each house represents its own self-explanatory name. At the end, I got a total of 10 out of 14 which was very good as the questions were more visual than knowledge. However, as predicted Joe B and Liam B along with Alex W came in the top three places with Joe B winning the monitor, again using the rock paper scissors method.

Afterwards, "Zoetic Zoe" explained the to-do list for everyone as everyone are at different stages. I and the others who are ahead started A3T2 where we created a table representing our own personal development plan in a word document - I created the headings based off of the Scheme of Learning's criteria. The table is for us to eventually create targets as well as identify weaknesses and strengths of our skills by setting a date. This would be used for a four week period when we start the next unit, which is Developing Computer Games! Excited! This task was relatively easy and everyone managed to get this done within 10 minutes.

Next, I sent "Zoetic Zoe" my A2T2 as a way to find improvements and mistakes. Whilst she was marking, I practiced my drawing skills by learning how to draw the creases and folds on the clothes. I ended up drawing a rain coat with a hood. A few hours later, when "Zoetic Zoe" resent me back A2T2, I made the changes using tack changes in Microsoft Word. In the meantime, I sent her my A3T1 as she requested so. I then repeated the same process and ended up with no outstanding work. Lastly, I submitted the whole of A2 as today is the deadline.

Thus, I was also permitted to not come in tomorrow as I have no work left to complete. I will take the day off and proceed on my other hobbies as I love improving my skills overall. I spent the last part of the day (even before self-study) to tidy my files, my desktop, and continue my drawing. So this means there will be no blog for tomorrow!

See you Monday, my weekend begins here.
