This morning I came in with full refreshed energy, I immediately sat down with Matthew T and helped assist in the production of his storyboard and sketches. Soon after I helped scan his work as he was working on his other pieces. I enjoy helping others on simple and easy tasks to ease the pressure they already have.
When the first lesson began, our first starter is to watch a series of videos which will quiz us about storyboards in general. In addition to this, our set target to beat the maximum score of around 700. There are a total of 11 questions and each videos it broadcasts to us last around 6 to 11 seconds long. The quicker we answer the multiple choice questions, the more score we get. However, during this quiz everyone was on this website and it lagged everyone, resulting in constant buffers and angering everyone into a war. People resulted to refreshing and therefore they did better on their second attempt. Without cheating, I played the patient game and attempted my first run. In the end, I got one wrong and the rest right, leading to a final score of 539. The winner is Alex S with around 600+ score, congratulations to him!

Immediately after, we all got together and I assigned them to the tasks they were meant to be doing, so a continuation from yesterday. Using the same email thread, I created a to-do list for everyone including myself. Throughout the day, we all worked on so much work I don't know where to begin. Firstly, the "Amazing Adam" went through the new assignment and tasks, which is about the time plan, storyboard and dope sheet. For us, we continued the brief and review and ended up finishing it with our work load spread equally. We also spent time to talk to each other and start on the time plan, we also decided what our final storyboard would look like, although we all envisioned the same idea. When the whole of assignment two was completed, we all worked on the third assignment and have planned a rough plan for Monday onwards.
Nearer to the end of the day, we double checked assignment two and submitted this all together. Before we left, we all promised to work on a little bit over the weekends. For Matthew B, he already finished all he needed to do so he deserves a good rest ready for full production on Monday. For Matthew T, he is adding some finishing touches on the establishing shot whereas for me, I am needing to draw the finalised idea of our storyboard which we all combined our idea on. A negative is that it is somewhat similar to each others but on the other hand, a positive is that we all have a good understanding of one set secure idea. I will be working on this throughout the weekends. Furthermore, I will help benefit the team by preparing a new Google Excel document for our dope sheet. However I will await for the other members before I begin to add content for fairness. Another reason is because I need a break! It is also almost Easter! Let the design production begin!
