For starts, we completed survey-monkeys set by the tutor, the whole purpose was for everyone to get to know each other more: height, age, distance traveled and names in alphabetical order. This has brought classmates closer and the result was a louder classroom, showing developing signs of socialism. Additionally, "the Amazing Adam" introduced the swear jar to minimize the chances of someone being offended, (although Billy paid 40p and owes 40p) and to help educate us to become employable. Soon after, we proceed as a group to finish and proof read our works for Unit 30 A1T1, (P1, M1 and D1). Furthermore, today is also the deadline where we submit our work, this results in a majority of submissions from people around the class.
During Lunch, the Xbox console was properly used for the first time, such wow, very awesome.
However, we also started looking at the criteria of assignment 2 (P2, M2 and D2). Each student had a technological term to define, and so we presented each of our definitions to the class (mine was .PDF). Moving on, we then discussed about lossy and lossless through comparison via tables. We also discussed about file formats, colour-depth, bits and resolution. This leads to the start of assignment 2 - we searched for different file formats suitable and appropriate for different uses such as webpages, billboards etc. It was challenging and I would require more recaps, but in correlation, it was exciting to learn.
In the last part of the day, I proof read my final assignment and submitted the final version to "the Amazing Adam". The pressure has been deceased. However, new pressure has been gained on along the way.
